Accumetric Test Performance Analysis software, kappa

For kappa, Accumetric requires two data files with dichotomous test data, in this case, scores of 0 and 1. Accumetric calculates the observed agreement, the expected agreement, kappa and its standard error, the Z score contrasting against 0, and the one-tailed p value. It also calculates a separate standard error for use in comparison against non-zero values of kappa.
